Great letter, Sierra! I'm not usually a fan of trying to cancel anyone but this seems warranted.

Agreed. Sauce for the goose, sauce for the gander. "Tit for tat" is often the optimal move:

Yes this person is a clear and present danger to multiple specific individuals. It's one thing to cancel someone for something they said you disagree with but he's threatening and has already carried out numerous acts of physical violence and other crimes.

Agreed.

I mean, he should be arrested for his crimes but it would be a good start if this company would at least fire him.

That was perfect! Exulansic, could you give us the address of this woman so we too can send letters? Many thanks ❤️

I was not aware of this vile creature existed. I am stunned any company would employ such a hateful and vulgar person. His hatred towards women is dangerous and pathological. As usual your verbal brilliance is a wonder to behold. God Bless.

Careful, careful.

Cheers Ex, I hate what that man did. The racist homophobic hatred was palpable, and I was watching it all live from the UK. Then I saw Andy's video. Unreal and so very grotesque.

Expand full comment

I saw Andy's video about this person, and it's clear the fashion model is a deluded narcissist. Really abusive and weird behavior. I am one of those very annoying free speech absolutists, so I am fine with letting him spew out whatever garbage he has in his tiny brain -- but it's a very good thing to keep spreading around the videos that show him acting so hostile and crazy. Show as many people as possible what he's like, and let them decide to maybe stop buying products that this model advertises.

I support his right to say stupid shit but when you're threatening gay people with actual violence after committing actual violence (spitting on Jeanna) it crossed the line.

Expand full comment

Agree completely -- if he stepped over the line into action, then the right to self defense comes into play. I'm not a pacifist; I believe in strong self defense: hit 'em hard, hit 'em fast, and don't stop til they drop.

Hold on. Was he not the same guy that shoved Jim? Jim told me later that day that one of the protesters pushed him, and at least two women grabbed him so that he didn't fall to the ground, and thus he was unharmed. I didn't see it.

Expand full comment

Yes reportedly (no video that I've seen) this is the same guy who physically shoved Jim Fouratt.

Expand full comment

OK, that's more than just threatening.

theres talk that coach are going to bin him, fingers crossed.

Expand full comment

Yup, that evil guy. I saw him there. So horrid.

Later in the day I spoke briefly with Jeanna Hoch, in the car (after the police herded us into the garage for our own safety), and then at great length with Jim Fouratt at the after-party at the bar.

Coach as in Coach bags? I'll send her a pic of me burning mine. (This person looks like a person from a psychiatric textbook (from the chapter on Cluster Bs).

Expand full comment

Yes as in the grade-C bags. There's a report now that Coach has fired Amara and is working on a statement yet to be released.

Expand full comment

I listened to the incoherent rant. I wonder if "I modeled for Coach" is going to be the new "I was one of Madonna's backup dancers."

Expand full comment

Wonder what the response will be.

Expand full comment

Thank you for writing this letter. He was vile.

Expand full comment

Brilliant. Thank you. Have Coach made a statement yet?

Expand full comment

They're telling people who call they're "working on it." Must be quite the novel.

Expand full comment

Well done! I hope more people did the same... that twerp needs to lose his platform...

Fantastic! I just sent both Todd Kahn and Joanne Crevoiserat an email w/this attachment. I also contacted Jimmy Dore, NY Post & Daily Mail UK w/videos, and twitter posts. I've asked them to please cover this Coach models misogynist and hate filled behavior to peaceful speaking people.
