"No need to lift with your ego." Excellent. Wish my hips worked like they used to! And the Mac & Steak looks great, I'll give it a whirl.

Form is everything, not reps. That recommendation to not “lift with your ego” seems wise! ☮️❤️🐾

I have the opposite imbalance. It affects my other problems and it's most noticeable when I lie down to sleep. I've had to get up and stretch and squeeze a ball between my knees before I could rest.

So informative, thank you. I noticed the abducter muscles muscles in my legs are weaker too. How interesting.

As well I noticed it’s easier to push weight down with my lower legs in a sitting position than it is to lift it, using a machine.

I recommend cast iron pans for cooking.

You get a workout lifting and cleaning them. You get iron in your food instead of Teflon gasses.

I have an enameled cast iron Dutch oven for baking breads.

Daily upper body workout.

Oil them with almond or sesame oil after you wash and dry them.👍
