What a nightmare! I wouldn’t wish this (and I’m Sicilian too!🤣) on my worst enemy- I have great compassion for Ruby yet I wonder if he will use this tragic outcome to help inform young people that this is ALL WRONG??? Will Ruby be vilified by this “gender affirming “ community for even posting this near-death experience? I guess, time will tell.

I have not one essence of doubt that his fellow travellers into trans will tear him to bits, no mercy. Hopefully he has support from a partner---

However I struggle to feel sympathetic towards his deep seated vanity and self absorption with his fanciful version of womanhood---- his distorted version which led him to where he is now.

How awful :( he sounds absolutely broken and traumatized. Will events like this start happening more often with high profile transitioners??

He looks emaciated. Thanks for bringing this cult’s activities and the after-effects of UNNECESSARY SURGERIES to light. The rest of the population cannot act to stop these atrocities if they don’t see and hear what’s going on, because MSM is only promoting this crap. Stay strong! ☮️❤️🐾

holy living fuck. and it’s all just so unnecessary. that’s the worst part.

Can't really understand why Ruby would be rushed straight to a&e for a double mastectomy ,when [her] boyfriend found [ her] unconscious with sepsis which I assumed was from the vaginoplasty.??

Expand full comment

It's unclear what caused the sepsis and it may have been multiple sources - kidney infection suggests UTI gone septic, but there was also an obvious infection in the recent 800cc implants he appears to have just gotten installed in the last 2 weeks. He may have an immunodeficiency component which may be from either cancer (any cancer raises your risk of sepsis 10x whether or not you're on chemo yet) or HIV infection (he's a trans identifying gay male sex worker) or some other cause (long COVID).

a friend got hep c from breast implants. the hep c resulted in multiple chemical sensitivity [not the first hep c person i've known who got mcs]. the friend researched the implant industry and told me she found they *are not and cannot be sterilized* prior to implantation.

Oh good grief. A sex worker?? Sooo...no breasts, no male equipment, no female equipment.

What a productive member of society. Bet he files for disability.

I may be reading this wrong, but it sounds to me like he is going to blame it all on the nurse who allegedly removed a stitch which should have been left in place.

Expand full comment

The nurse is an agent of the hospital in her capacity doing medical work. She is merely an employee. Any lawyer will tell this client that.

Expand full comment

But it sounds as if Ruby is claiming the nurse shouldn’t have done what he/she did, I.e. removing a stitch. So the nurse + the hospital will probably be hearing from Ruby's lawyers.

Expand full comment

yes, it's clear that Ruby is claiming this. but how the client sees a situation isn't necessarily how a lawyer will see it. if Ruby were in the US, this would be a contingency case for malpractice and a lawyer would not choose to take the case at all unless lawyer were given latitude to develop a winning strategy. legally, the hospital is responsible for the nurse's actions here. it will be a very steep hill for Ruby to prove malpractice. many, many people have bad things happen to them from docs and nurses and are told they have 'no case' or they lose.

Thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't sure if he had oestrogen grown " breasts " or implants !! So sad that this all happened to him and kudos to him for posting about it. Maybe it'll discourage other young men from mutilating surgeries. Well done to you ,too ,for highlighting all the medical harms that result from this quack "medicine." !! Keep it up 👏👍❤️

just read in an interview with a trans-identified male writer who also identifies as disabled by bipolar and addiction/recovery, he mentions sex work as common among trans [i have not heard of it with t-identifed women tho, so he is just erasing there]. so it's not my stereotype. i want to ask, why do trans-identifying men think they have no recourse for income but sex work?

Expand full comment

Maybe because they can't get a real job?

Expand full comment

yes. but why can't they?

Expand full comment

Because they are often grotesque stereotypes in both appearance and manner. Some years ago my friend and mechanic (wonderful woman, pillar of the Gay community in Columbus, OH) hired a trans "woman." What a hot mess. Visually repellant, drama all day long, and he crossed my spark plug wires. I think many of them are too self-absorbed to care about doing good work for an employer.

And I, as an employer (Tree service, also in Columbus), lost an employee about 20 years ago to this.

She was fit, attractive, and a pretty good climber. Then she went down the trans road, got a double mastectomy with her grandmother's inheritance. I fired her before that for sharply reduced performance and attendance. At last report she was a pretty bad alcoholic. I wonder why?

I worked as a prostitute 20 years ago. There were 2 trans workers in the brothel I worked. Neither had had bottom surgery and one had breast implants. They liked sex work because it validated their "female identity". They were deeply envious of the women workers and very spiteful in their nastiness. They mainly did B and D (bondage and discipline) specialities and most of their customers were burly middle aged bisexual married men. In my opinion transsexuals "resort" to sex work because they very rarely find a man who will have a conventional and committed relationship with them because they are insecure, narcissistic and have many personality problems.

what you are actually describing is a person with significant personality disorder, who because of their behavior, they can't get along with coworkers and they're unpleasant to be around.

Thank you for the perspective. It reads very true. You should write a book! It would be a great contribution to both literature and understanding. What do they do when they get old?

I only know one transwoman these days, who happens to live in my rural community. This one is an AGP who calls himself Diane. He was married and had 3 kids and didn't transition until in his mid 40s. That caused a bitter end to his marriage. He has been larping as a woman for around 15 years and has had implants and bottom surgery. He is active enough in the Trans Rights community to have made a documentary about his transition that will be on national TV before the end of this year, Documenting his suffering and torment no doubt...Sadly my political distaste for this person has caused a rift between between a gay couple my husband and I are friends with. Our friends are hugely supportive of Diane and will appear in the documentary explaining how support for trans is just a natural extension of the gay rights movement.

Ugh,,, so there you go, old trannies stay mad at women and mobilise to gain sympathy from the general (naive) public to keep up their incursion into womens rights and spaces...

"...nurse removes a dissolvable stitch that shouldn’t be removed, incision gapes gets infected..." which sounds like a lawsuit, tho patient sounds as though he has a british accent and i don't know the laws there. the lawsuit would be against the hospital, which is a deep pocket.

This is so tragic. None of this had to happen and the butchers that allowed and encouraged it are in for a reckoning. I really hope he gets better soon.

If I'm understanding her post correctly, she's blaming this on the nurse "who removed a dissolvable stitch" and saying that led to her infection and sepsis?

My goodness, what a terrible and all powerful nurse. She should be retrained.

Seriously tho, I wish Ruby a full, speedy and complete recovery. 🙏

How absolutely awful that anyone is put thru this kind of medical torture.

The Marquis de Sade School of Medicine graduates have even let loose upon society.

Good article in today's City Journal. Leor Sapir writes frequently on gender/trans issues. May the nation follow Florida, in this at least.
