Apparently Hilton (developmental biologist/researcher) believes that Khelif most likely has 5ARD & not Swyer Syndrome because puberty for the latter requires hormone treatment, while the former has male puberty without any exogenous hormones. (Not sure if the post is still up, but she has other posts discussing DSDs more generally.)
That's probably what all of the runners in the past and the other boxer have as well. Swyer syndrome doesn't present with a physical advantage against women since there are no testes to virilize the body. Female DSDs are generally even more catastrophic to physical health.
