I love this piece. I've always loved your avatar and wondered what it was about. The story of origin via the painting, the loss of a loved one, the painting again, the revival of the painting becoming emblematic of the cause we must fight—"the entrenched and unwinnable war".
I feel the same way about the entrenched part. I'm feeling much better about the winnable part. The events of this weekend gave me so much credibility and traction among my network of Silicon Valley policy makers and leaders, that I began to feel euphoric today. That my mates, my elders, my teachers are actually hearing me and not judging me. The stolen luggage got a lot of sympathy out of them, too, so made it ok despite loss of my hand sewn Chinese dress-to-vest creation. I thank the goddess I still have my handmade shoes.
This art exhibit was so amazing to be a part of, to be among the stars, you and Laura whose self-portrait is phenomenal and has likely gone all over the world by now. I sent image of it, in my report on the exhibit, to an art department head I know deep in the land of DEI at University of Minnesota, (an ex-lover.) She will not be able to deny its power.
Thank you also for the transcript of your powerful words at the direct action which I was unable to attend. Proud to be entrenched with you.
Thank you for this beautiful report and for sharing your valiant fight on behalf of women everywhere, with your clear logic, intensity of purpose, hard-won experience and generosity of spirit. You do look awesome in red!
Dear Exulansic - I honestly feel good about being a paying member - I thought the highest tier was a 1 time annual fee, maybe my bank misunderstood, it has the amount listed as a RECURRING withdrawal? Huh? I saved up for the 1 time fee - I feel good about it because your videos and podcasts are factual, and entertaining. I hope my bank misunderstood about "recurring" because I make less than a thousand dollars a month - I can't afford 200 month - please call or text me - I think my cell number is in your records. Your videos and podcasts are EXCELLENT - please let me know if it was a 1 time fee or 200 a month. By the way I am happy to hear that your medical treatments are making you feel better. I am wishing you the best.
Correct, founding member should be a one time per year charge, not monthly. I don't know that I have your number but please email ttx2215@Gmail and I can contact you. Please be sure to include the email you use to subscribe. I just looked on my end and I'm not seeing anyone being charged that much monthly.
Dear Exulansic - I talked to my bank and they explained it was a 1 time year membership fee - I really enjoy your videos and articles - most of all I am glad you were so willing to help me with my misunderstanding - I really hope you go to the conference in Denver in November - I know you will do a great job speaking !
I'm glad it got sorted out. Yes I'm planning to go in November but I'm not scheduled to speak actually. Something might randomly change but they have a pretty packed schedule. I may be up with the speaker who invited me though.
I hope you have a wonderful time. Colorado Springs is beautiful - especially Pikes Peak - the people here are friendly - you can be standing in line at the cashier and just start a conversation. The funny part is that most of the buildings are 2 or 3 stories tall
The Skyscrapers are in Denver. In Boulder there are a lot of people who like to ride bikes. Denver and Boulder are "progressive" and Colorado Springs is a retired "military" town - the "conservative capital" of Colorado.
Honestly, don't go to Pueblo, in my opinion, because I went to college there, it is a really boring place, and has a high crime rate now (not when I went to school there). I have friends who are cops, and, well, there are a lot - a lot - of people who drink alcohol or smoke Marijuana while they drive so try not to drive on the Highways Interstate I 25 at night. Other than that the mountains are beautiful, the people are friendly and I hope you and your friends have a good time in Denver. P.S. Denver and Boulder have a lot of ethnic restaurants, and Casa Bonita has a huge waterfall and divers - check on the internet to make sure it is the right one that has the waterfall. Years ago it had Sopapillas really huge ones, but call first and ask the resteraunt if they still have them - it went under new management. Have fun.
Thank you. I actually lived in Colorado Springs for 18 months but I was age 5-7. I don't think we did much sight seeing but I remember the park across from our house very well.
I absolutely love your red dress! You look so fancy. 😍

"i reject ur Reality & Sub my own"
The story behind the painting breaks my heart.
Is it better to die at the peak of happiness, or leave this plane of existence when you most want to?

'no kkk' = random badness, 'no fascism' = random undefined badness.
