So pathologically consumed is this man by his twisted sexuality that he is focused on the quality of his orgasm & external aesthetic of his rot pocket over his actual serious physical disability.

And he has a 'wife'.....I bet they are both hetero AGPs

sexual response is important. this is why you don't have surgery on that area unless absolutely necessary, which this was not.

I knew a transvestite in the 90s . A very intelligent man. He began to live fully as his cross sex identity after he retired from his teaching job. Though he didn't get surgery he took hormones. Sadly he died earlier this year having had dementia for the last two years of his life. Wheelchair bound and catheterised, perhaps due to the hormone damage ? He was always erudite so sad that he couldn't put a sentence together at the end. Thanks for all your work Ex. Your voice is much needed.

prostate enlargement is common as men get older. not caused by cross-hormone treatment. if they don't want the TURP surgery, which can damage sexual response, they may require catheterization. i've seen this.

i had meningitis + purpura at 4yrs old. lots of medical interventions left me unable to poop. (plus other issues) .. used enemas until 19 yrs old. (always bloody & painful .. i hated excreting & cried alot.

my aunts convinced me to walk w/them to Fatima, some went on their knees. i can't explain it but i started squeezing out logs on my own. by the time i returned to NY, i was "regular" pooper. [the shaky legs, waves of numbness & bodily tingling gone!]

it might sound weird & a little funny but inability to poop & pee is deadly. i was always sick from it.

what a story. very personal, but what a memoir piece if you ever wanted to do that. no, it's not funny. GI disease [not yours but another type] i've lived with for over 40 years and at its worst was agonizing and extremely limiting.

Gender experimental surgery needs to be stopped from being paid for by insurance. This is cosmetic surgery nothing more. It's a disgrace that this is allowed. It's sad for this person but he opted for this, rot pocket indeed

if i, a woman, go to my insurance company, demand a facelift, nose job, breast implants, vagina tightening - they'll tell me it's cosmetic & not covered. if i threaten suicide, they'll call the Psych police & have me committed. even if i did kill myself, insurance company would NOT be liable. BUT MEN GET IT DONE ?!
