That commenter who responded about the gf's strap-on has a crazy post history, I've come across them before. A real insight into the cut price surgery the NHS gives trans people in the UK.
IIRC his surgery took less than 2 hours and the only pain killers they gave him were paracetamol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. He only got more when he asked the nurses to euthanise him. Absolutely horrifying.
Eta: I might be mixing up commenters with the euthenasia part because I can't find that comment now but the rough outline is the same. He has PTSD from being ignored when in extreme pain. I know a few people this has happened to in the ICU because the NHS seems to be opposed to pain management, so I believe his account.
When I made an appointment today to have a bad tooth extracted I was told I would be put under general anesthesia, and do not eat anything after midnight or in the a.m. in the day of surgery.
I told them I have a low level of trust for what will happen to me when I'm knocked out, so I'm just going to go with the Lidoaine.
My husband had a tooth extracted by this oral surgeon in 2020. My husband was not told that he would be knocked out for his extraction, and on surgery day he was not offered general anesthesia.
Yes- the Difference is that I am being set up for for an implant down the road, whereas my husband just had a simple extraction with no prep for an implant.
If it actually helped people that would be one thing. I don't have a problem with the NHS being used to treat mental health problems. But this is just cruel.
Plus obviously the NHS *doesn't* offer actual mental health treatment. If you're seriously ill you might get 6 CBT sessions but they offer almost nothing other than drugs in most cases. They have a strong preference for physical intervention as a treatment for MH issues, I guess because it's cheaper.
"Even a hard cock is still very squishy..." no. No, they're not. If a man is fully erect you shouldn't really be able to compress it. If an erection is "squishy" then that is not full. This can indicate arousal problems either pathological due to age or disease, or just not a good moment for sex for whatever reason. Full erections are so firm they're literally "breakable" because of fluid pressure and tensile strength of the surrounding tissue and can result in actual blood loss into surrounding tissue if the fracture is bad enough.
I wonder if there's an issue with more leftover erectile tissue. Why has sex ed gotten so bad? Why are surgeons performing genital surgery on patients who don't understand even the basics of the anatomy that's being partially removed? Still not seeing how this is ethical. If these people were mentally competent then this should have been explained. If these people are not mentally competent then it would be predatory and probably illegal to do elective surgery like this.
I don't understand the appeal of a strap-on phallus - for either party. The wearer obviously feels no physical sensation from the thing.
The receiver feels a too hard, cold, piece of plastic tubing - and knows that the wearer feels nothing, also.
I get that there could be a psychological power dynamic of some kind, but this seems weird and sadistic on the part of the wearer, and masochistic on the part of the receiver.
Safe flight! I am travelling myself but would have jumped at the chance to see you in the UK.

When I do that they just threaten to call security unless I stop screaming. Medicine hates women in pain.

I'm finding this incredibly creepy...
Could be due to different diagnoses, change in policy between times, lots of things besides the dentist is a rapist.

I felt much better when I understood that.
This type of surgery is not what the NHS is for !👎🤬

That is fucking mental. They really are just trying to torture people.
But they will give you plenty of painkillers to up the covid death numbers, won't they?
Safe travels! Hope your time away so far has provided some healing.
Have a safe trip- so glad that the world is going to hear what you have to say! Be well and enjoy ❤️

I mean, what can you even expect when the sex is with an inside-out penis?
The respectful and technical term here is "Russian Nesting Dick."
Punning gold. Safe journeys! ☮️❤️🐾

Is THAT the appeal? S & M?
“relax”? relax what?? there’s nothing to relax! it’s not a muscle like a real vagina. it’s like if i told you to relax your bellybutton.
