"Trans woman" with a "vagina" somehow gets fatal metastatic penile cancer.
Vaccinations save lives. This guy died from a preventable HPV infection.
This individual underwent vaginoplasty and was then diagnosed and treated for HIV. The cancer’s first symptom was vaginal discharge and a foul smell. Fistula was also in the history. As we know, a lot of these guys would predictably use discharge as proof of femaleness and therefore are likely to misinterpret cancer symptoms as normal. Perhaps that is why this individual’s penis cancer was so advanced by the time it was diagnosed - while taking up a spot at the gynecologist, because the dermatologist didn't want to borrow a $30 speculum to find out if it was dick skin cancer or colon cancer. So they just took a women's health appointment from a woman.
This guy’s cancer was likely exacerbated by trans hormone therapy, as oral contraceptives are associated with increased risk of this kind of cancer (squamous cell carcinoma). Men in general are 4x as likely to develop SCC. White people are also more likely to get it… because it's skin cancer.
He had a hard life. He was castrated in Thailand at age 21. He didn't know what kind of surgery he even had. Whether it was a skin tube. Colon tube. Peritoneal. Wildcard. Who knows. He then spent 23 years trying to deal with the complications of vaginoplasty, including “cohabitational injury” which sounds like a sexual injury, which required a revision.
The first scan did not see the metastases and did not fully confirm the tumor, but the next one, a CT instead of an MRI, saw it. He had genital and bone tumors in an area that likely hurt from the vaginoplasty alone. He had tumors on his ribs and back that likely made it hurt to breathe and lie down or stand. He went through chemotherapy and radiation, but the cancer just kept spreading. They found tumors in his lungs and his liver. Then they found a mass on his brain.
By now there was little hope of a cure. The goal of the treatment was palliative. This 43 year old man, castrated at age 21, may have said goodbye to his parents, his siblings, maybe his partner. He beat HIV but HPV was ravaging his male body. Why? They used to not vaccinate boys against HPV in my generation. So this male person did not receive a vaccination before he encountered HPV, a virus he was 90% likely to encounter in his life regardless of sexual behavior.
They attempted to irradiate the two inch tumor lodged in his inverted penis. He spent 6 cycles of chemotherapy throwing up and shivering in bed. He still continued to ask for more treatment. He wanted to live as long as possible. Suicide prevented. To address the symptoms of his brain tumor, they opened his skull and attempted to remove it. He survived the surgery, and, clinging to life, was sent back to his palliative care, where he died a short time later, before they finished writing the case study. Dysphoria cured.
Another human guinea pig.
Quite likely he also took it as given that he couldn't get penile cancer because he was a laydee
