Dr. Mengele was also beloved by his "patients" for a warm bedside manner

Only makes sense from a surgical perspective. His inability to consider ethical issues, the strong possibility of regret etc is concerning. As well as the unsubtle nudge to bully parents into 'being supportive'.

I find him truly creepy; the sociopathic blankness is glaring.

Tbf, surgeons generally come in 'cheerful butcher' and 'dead eyed shark' in my experience. Even the nice ones.

Now that I think about it, it might be a little bit genius (from their point of view) to offer breast reduction as step one of top surgery. Then they could easily market it to minors.

I feel such hate for these surgeons. I love your work Exulansic but I wish we could get icons other than "like" to express our feelings about the horrors you talk about. Like vomiting or something.

I find the euphemisms - top , bottom surgery grotesque. Be honest- we will cut off your breasts or remove your penis. You will more than likely suffer lifelong complications from these experimental procedures. Unfortunately these are permanent and are not reversible. The lifelong use of hormones will likely cause cancer, dementia, heart attacks and strokes just to name a few. Despite all these procedures, your mental illness will remain the same or worsen. You will never be accepted as female by biological females. You will never be accepted as male by biological males. You will essentially become a eunuch. Best of luck 🤞

So we're talking about removing a healthy young girl's breasts. And we're not trying to talk her out of it. And we're not telling her how damaging this operation will be. We're not telling her about the fact that most women regard a double mastectomy as a tragic outcome to be avoided at all costs. We're not telling her about how numb her chest will feel or how her lymph nodes may just decide to start flooding and flooding and how she might need compression garments for the rest of her life or how removing her breasts will limit her mobility.

Got it. All we care about is how children wish they looked. So when are we going to start grafting narwhale horns to the heads of five year-olds who want to be an actual unicorn? Are we there yet?

I've had a double mastectomy. It's still a fresh Hell, and it saved my life and I've had reconstruction. Make no bones about it though it's amputation.

Jfc, Tony. He's beyond redemption. There needs to be consequences.

Thank you, Exulansic.

In the good old days, when medicine was a respected and revered vocation, doctors and surgeons would never dream of advertising to anyone. Their patients came to them based on reputation and skill through word of mouth. These tiktok clowns are an embarrassment to the profession, and I do not understand why the accrediting organizations are not holding them to account. Adder bladder oil, anyone ?

The accrediting organizations are only there to make sure doctors toe the Big Pharma / Slice-and-dice line. Check out Meryl Nass for how doctors who don't want to toe the line are being persecuted. Medical boards are composed of total shills who are beholden to their masters.

I'm kind of surprised good ole Tony didn't recommend breast reduction to be followed by full on double mastectomy -- it would be more $$$ for him. Perhaps the monster is right about "needing" all the flesh to do a full removal and "reconstruction". Brrrr, this guy is scary.

So if a young girl came for a consultation about a double mastectomy, and has size A cups you're just going to tell her you can't do it ? There's just not enough breast tissue for me to work with? I don't think so.
