i Appreciate people like you who can translate medical issues into regular dialogue.

medical field, in its attempts to feed the Cash Cow has plowed thru Trust. i now know people from different nations, cultures, finances .. who once blindly trusted Medicine but no longer do. (combo of C19 & Trance)

no matter the jargon, studies (HA!), experts, science! .. claiming humans can change gender thru clothes, hormones, surgeries .. is ludicrous. it's damaged trust in docs immensely. it's ridiculous.

Jazz: you can Absolutely see the change from Fairytale Fantasy to painful reality. poor child.

My dad is a radiologist who’s dedicated his all life to ultrasound. Months ago, an acquaintance of mine who’s a trans woman man, went for a screening on his leg as he was already having troubles with blood clots in his legs after only one year of estrogen (being 42 or so). Dad that day said the estrogen intake has this risk, and it’s well known. So why in hell are they doing this to children and young people?

It’s a crime.

The guy I’m telling you about is a grown man, he chose that madness. He’s now the most popular “woman” academic in the Chilean art world and gets invited to talk about feminist writing on women’s day.

Madness is all around the globe. And Jazz…I can’t still understand the level of soul kidnapping he’s been a victim of.

Thank you again Ex for your work, courage and clarity.

This is sad news for those who have destroyed their bodies with testosterone or estradiol. It proves that trans "healthcare" is even more deficient that was known before and that you CAN NOT change your sex without hideous consequences. Thanks Exulansic, I hope the 🤡 filling their bodies with WRONG hormones listen and take action

No one can change their sex! That is the central deception. That changing things like timbre of voice, facial and body hair, size of breasts or appearance of genital area is changing someone's sex. None of those change anyone's sex. We should stop talking about any of this as if it were changing anyone's sex.

Thank you for a good explanation of the cardiac risk. It must be even more so for cancer. It is so hard for me to understand why people undergo unnecessary medical treatment for any reason. And I am a traditionally religious person.

It would be really helpful if someone would map the head to toe differences between the sexes. Riley Gaines even mentioned throat size recently, with males having a 40% size difference giving them an advantage when it came to gulping for air while swimming. These details are incredibly significant for development but not understood or known by most of us. I appreciate Exulansic's clear and informative posts on this and learn such a lot, so thank you. Poor Jazz. There was such anticipation and excitement, stoked by his family, as he waited for magic vagina day. It's criminally irresponsible to have allowed a child to believe such horrific lies.

we only need to look at male body builders and pro wrestlers who have taken lots of anabolic steroids over years and years to see the damage this stuff does to the cardiovascular system. why would we think it wouldn't have the same damaging effects on females?

So you're saying that the damage of the cross-sex hormones is sex-based? As in, the two sexes exhibit differential outcomes? No wayyyyyyyyyyy

One of the many things I've learned from this dreaded Terf forum is how very different male and female bodies are, including such things as organs, muscles, blood. Humanity thinks it is doing some highly sophisticated surgeries with these trans people, but in reality we have no idea what we're doing, and it's all incredibly crude and brutal. It is so sad to realize how many lovely young people are having their bodies damaged beyond repair for what is basically a fad, and to keep money flowing into the pockets of the surgeons and Big Pharma.

Both Jazz and Sander are looking less happy and less healthy as time goes by.

Isn't it so frustrating to see the language used in the study? AMAB and AFAB, as if researchers believe we are not the sex originally conceived! The general public is still completely confused regarding the actual sex of "trans women" (male) and "trans men" (female) and simply turn off the brain when hearing/reading about this because "it's so rare." I've resorted to writing these truths and study conclusions into various free publications (by hand or taping in a printed version) and returning them out to the world, on a public bench, at Rockefeller Center Plaza, and as well, messaging in books I return to Little Free Libraries. I've been warned once again by YouTube about my comments under videos, hoping my channel isn't threatened. I block every troll. Be well, Ex! we must persevere!

I like the idea of inserting "fact checks" into some of the pamphlets out there. Also just checked your YT channel, Ute -- thank you for sharing your story with the world! Traumatic! I can't even imagine what that must be like, to have your husband/wife/life partner decide they are trans, throwing away their whole previous life with you.

I try to avoid YT, and wasn't aware they gave warnings about comments they don't like! So what do they do eventually to commenters who get more than 3 strikes or whatever? Cancel their channel? What if they comment but don't have a channel? This sneaky authoritarianism is very disturbing.

Exactly. Thanks for visiting my channel. I don't know if my channel would get cancelled because of my comments on other channels. I decided I get enough traffic from blogs like this and am not spending time commenting on other channels. You might be interested in my interview with Tammy Peterson, a rambling dialogue about my story, spirituality and the process of prayer, on her eponymous channel. I was at one time banned from YouTube but got restored a year ago. I couldn't even "like" a video. Exulansic is more gutsy than me, going to the source on Tiktok and so on. Be sure to check out the nature shorts on my channel, they counterbalance the story. And there is an interview with Ex from when she visited. Don't you wish we could be working on something else? We'd probably hasten the cure to some disease.

Yes indeed, it would be nice if we could all be working on something else, but since we're in this trans-nightmare, I just want to say how important it is that people like you, and Ex, people with up-close-and-personal experience, are standing and speaking out about this insanity. Thank you!

I don't have a Google account, so I don't sign in or subscribe or comment over there, but I will be looking at your videos. I would encourage you to also upload your content to Odysee and Rumble, it's good to have your videos on other, non-censoring, platforms.

You're right. I have to prioritize, and will just keep going along with my YT channel for now, as I'm also seeing my boyfriend of 8 years (Ex met him!) through his first weeks of chemotherapy. A bit of bad luck~

But we're getting through and living each day to its fullest.

You can set Odysee and Rumble up to automatically crawl your channel and duplicate videos over there with no direct effort from you, both retroactively and going forward. FYI. If you have no backup it is much easier to do it now than to manually reupload everything, and unless you're downloading any lives as you go those in particular will be lost. It duplicates titles and descriptions too.

"Don't you wish we could be working on something else?"

it's MIND BOGGLING that we women have to actively combat men for this! it's been a HUGE fight to get privacy, acceptance, to be SEEN as Equals, funding for women's sports, reproductive control of our bodies .. just to have men proclaim "i'm a woman" and that became Law. KRAZY

You are so right about the heart attack symptoms in women as opposed to men. I had a heart attack 7 years ago at age 69 and my symptoms were nothing like the "classic" (aka male ) symptoms and it was only a vague 6th sense ( or a premonition ) that told me something was wrong !! I can't believe so many young people are willing to risk their health ,even die ,for a pernicious ,evil ,ideology promoted by elites for power and money !! Your brilliant analysis should be on the FRONT PAGE of every media outlet in the world. In a sane ,honest ,world it would be. Thanks ,ex. Well done x

I saw on Twitter , TRA Erin (in the morn) claiming that the studies said that the male (MTF) risk was not related to hormones, while the female (FTM) was. I only believe him as far as I could pick him up and throw him. Can you provide more context on that?

Dear Exulansic - another EXCELLENT article - I am soooooo glad I became a paying member of your substack - you are worth everything I spent on it. I am happily impressed again with your medical knowledge. I pray that one day Gender (Fantasy) Affirming Care (a lifetime of medical problems) will become illegal to anyone under the age of 21 as a federal law. I also feel sad and heartbroken for all the human beings who have fallen victim to this malpractice, I honestly pray that GOD will be kind to you and help you through the medical problems it caused you, I pray that it is the Will of GOD to heal you and take away any pain you have, InshaAllah (Arabic for I hope this is the will of GOD to consider granting my prayer). Wishing you all the best.

Excellent, incredibly informative and educational post. Reading or watching you gives me clarity, reassurance that there are voices like yours, and hope, which is rare these days.

I know you’re unbelievably strong. I hope you continue despite the ideologues who police every word and take umbrage over a single phrase that suggests you’re capable of more complex reasoning than they are.

I had a lot of trouble thinking of a living heroine until I found you.

I hope you never stop, and especially that you can find a way to keep going despite the thoughtless attacks you are so unfairly subjected to.

Please be cautious about public appearances and ensure you’ve got reliable and sufficient security. The transgender folks are truly dangerous and given that their attacks on women have not been picked up by the media or punished by the police, are becoming emboldened and more dangerous. Don’t be foolhardy. We need you desperately!

A million thanks, kudos and ❤️❤️❤️ to you!

And I’m glad you’ve reposted that very sad photo montage of Jazz Jennings. Tragic to see the light go out of his eyes and the smiles becoming false around the third pic. The eyes look to me like the dead eyes I’ve observed in women in prostitution and others who’ve been unable to get others to see them as sensitive human beings.

You know what else I suspect has been basically exploitative of Jazz? His admission to and matriculation at Harvard. I went there and there is no way he’d have been admitted for his intellect, stunted by the PBs and having to live a lie. I think the school wanted the publicity. I can’t imagine how Jazz can handle the coursework. I certainly loathe Harvard and think it’s greatly overrated, I realize it’s been twenty years since I was there. I hope it’s standards have not dropped so far that a person as stunted intellectually as Jazz can breeze through (not wishing for hard times for a jazz at all, I’m just worried about the stress he could experience from not being able to do the coursework).

I also love your compassion for these kids. I think the Twitter hate vests are cruel and damage the GC movement. For a young person to realize and admit the catastrophic harm done to them by greedy lying doctors must be extremely painful and difficult. If GC people have cruelly mocked the appearance of a “trans” kid’s attempts to pass, etc., that poor person will be unlikely to see GCs as a welcoming and helpful group, to our detriment as well as the detransitioner’s.

Greatly indebted to you. Many thanks.
