Breast cancer can also be *androgen* sensitive; mine was. And even after medical Mx you can have breast tissue 'wings' in arm pits etc, stray bits of mammary tissue.

>>You want to take estrogen and other medications to feminize your body. Some of these

'We have listen [sic] them here for you.' Grammar and syntax this bad are generally an indication that someone is trying to phish the gullible via email. Boner pill anyone? They're not suddenly a green light for trust just because they appear in an informed consent flyer for 'tiddy skittles'.

Oh my god, it's a gold mine!

'I know I should examine by [sic] breasts as soon as they start growing. I should also have a

clinician examine them every year '

'I know I might have a milky discharge from my nipples—galactorrhea. If I do, I know I

should check it out with my clinician because it could be cause [sic] by the estrogen or by

something else.'

'I know this treatment may (but is not assured to) make me permanently unable to make a

woman pregnant.' <- Heresy! This explains all the pregnant seahorses popping up! No one has clunkily informed these people that the seahorses are actually women.

This whole mess has one message: Run away.

When you list these issues, I see $$$$$$$$. And wherever those pop up, you can be assured, reasonable people of modest means will be expected to pony up extra.

No exam is free and as far as I can tell, none of the people indulging in these novel remedies for their mental discomfort pay the fees associated with them. We are picking up the tab.

I think the grammar mistake merely indicates it was written hastily and not edited. Editing is good when you're making written statements that could be legally questioned. "It’s important that you understand all of this information before you start." They have thus acknowledged it's important the patient understand. But a patient's lawyer can now assert they didn't fully inform.

First do no harm? They know this causes cancer but the greedy cult inspired medical "profession" is pretending not to know? Or obfuscating the facts for the almighty dollar? Shame on them

Is it possible for men ( on estrogen) to lactate?

Is this discharge they claim to have, compositionally same as breast milk?

Expand full comment

If men want to lactate they generally need other drugs such as domperidone. It is possible though for men to spontaneously lactate (galactorrhea). No, I can't imagine it's the same in terms of nutritional value as breastmilk. Breasts develop from cycles of various hormones, not just estrogen-induced growth, but progesterone-estrogen cycling, and lactation further is triggered by hormones such as prolactin and oxytocin.

From the Mayo Clinic document:

“Increased risk of breast cancer compared to men whose gender identity and expression matches the *stereotypical societal characteristics* related to their sex assigned at birth (cisgender men)

Despite the grammatically confused phrasing, there it is, clear as an azure summer sky: gender identity develops in response to a social environment of regressive sexual stereotypes.

None of these documents mention any minimum age limit, although three require patients to affirm being at least 18 years of age. The Mayo document mentions treatment for adolescents:

“If used in an adolescent, hormone therapy typically begins at age 16. Ideally, treatment starts before the development of secondary sex characteristics so that teens can go through puberty as their identified gender. Many trans girls are treated with a medication to delay the start of puberty. Gender affirming hormone therapy is not typically used in children.”

Male secondary sexual characteristics such as facial hair and vocal pitch deepening typically begin development around age 11-12

Something tells me it also matches breast cancer risk of trans identifying men who never take estrogen and is much lower than the risk for cis identifying men with estrogen secreting tumors and 46XY CAIS...
