Thanks Exulansic for another great video! It is truly horrifying how this person speaks about the surgeries she has put herself through. Just to stand to pee? She sounds like she is trying to convince us, and herself, that it was all necessary. Crazy!! I hope she wakes up one day and realizes that she was wrong. Unfortunately she won't be able to go back to her old body. So sad!!

Another video! I wish you were a series I could binge watch on Prime. Ashton is one of the saddest cases. Her description of her split open skin tube made my non existent neophallus hurt.

Expand full comment

She keeps saying how it was all worth it but then mentions 29 days' total in hospital, 3 months of catheter use, relearning to walk, and then 6 months of having to live with a skin tube between her legs that was permanently split in half. I think in total there were three stages of surgery and two revision surgeries. My question is, does she have a job? Is her spouse also her carer?

None of this remotely sounds worthwhile.

Upon rewatching the old clip where she describes having to put neosporin on the flayed open hot dog so it doesn’t heal, her hands are shaking ever so slightly.

I don't know how long you've been watching but there's over two years of videos to bing. Her odyssey station is organised really well into different topics. 😊

You really cracked me up with "wigotry" and the way you stuck out your chin at the end of the dander identity spiel. You tell em Ex!

What a pity Ms Williams actions are still kind of feminine but the dr miriam grossman was correct this surgery fails 100% of the time because she has not changed sex she's just a flayed woman with a rolled up piece of skin between her legs. But she is still a woman and always will be. I notice her hairline seems to be receding too. I dont thunk she shoukd be encouraging others to go down this path. It is totally selfish to take up an operating room for 12 1/2 hours for cosmetic surgery and expect insurance to,pay for it. But these delusional people are extremely selfish and narcissistic bullies. I do not think she is in a good place mentally and I don't think the skin flap works the way she is saying. Sadly, surgeons and the cult lied to her and now she's a mutilated woman full stop period. Thanks Ex

it’s like she lost “tone” in her face, idk how to describe it

Expand full comment

testosterone makes the face look rough - see male bodybuilders and how haggard they start to look in the face.

Expand full comment

true true and also, some of her face muscles may be permanently paralyzed like TT said. resulting in an overall “floppier,” “jowlier” appearence.

If she sustained a facial nerve injury then the result of lower motor neuron injury is flaccid dysarthria and eventually atrophy of the affected muscles. If that happened, and i think it is likely, that's presumably what you are also seeing.

What can I expect facially from losing my back 2 lower right molars? My previous DDS subscribed to the "Let's watch it" method of dentistry.

The consent form for dental implants was terrifying.

Expand full comment

Loss of molars means loss of forces applied to the jaw that serve to maintain the bone density in that area. So by foregoing implants, you may be signing yourself up for preventable loss of bone in your jaw which may then affect surrounding teeth, either by causing them to lean towards the missing tooth or causing them to become more unstable in the jaw socket due to bone loss in the jaw. If it were me, I would probably take the risk of getting implants if I was sufficiently young and healthy otherwise.

Thank you!

I noticed that too. 😳

“ashton looks like she needs a good cry” ashton may not be able to properly cry under the influence of T, which she probably believes makes her an extra manly man. but which in reality makes her look like a woman holding back tears.

In my experience, they really don't tell you about where you will lose sensation. It reveals a lot about the perspective of medical professionals when it comes to female patients in particular but patients in general. I had a pre-menopausal quadruple bypass. I was not told about loss of sensation, I assumed it was because mine was an emergency surgery.

That assumption is probably wrong. Immediately after surgery, I noticed my right forearm, where they took the artery, was numb on and around the scar. (The scar is not at large as Ashton's but it is long, the full length of my forearm.) I also asked about the numbness in my leg where they took a major vein, and I asked about my numb-except for the nipple, left breast. When I asked about this, they changed the subject. When I asked other patients, much further along, they told me they didn't know. Some said "never." The feeling never returns. Bear in mind, I didn't have any nerves removed.

Anyway, today is my ten-year anniversary. I'm doing well, my grafts are clean, the doctors are kind of waiting for me to crash out again, since I've reached the end of the prognosis but I intend to live another 20 years, so they'll just have to wait. But my point is, especially with women, they do not tell you about loss of sensation because, I've realized, they don't care.

Millions of women get proctalgia fugax, which is agonizingly painful and a complete mystery. There is no research being done on this condition, it happens primarily to women and no one talks about it because it is pretty shameful. But even after you start talking about it, you won't learn much except for the fact that a lot. of women get it, it is agonizing, and there is no treatment unless it becomes something that never goes away, even for an hour, and then the treatment is to inject botox and try to kill off the nerves, temporarily.

My point is, surgeons and specialists are focused on very narrow aspects of treatment. In my case, that's appropriate. I am alive because I had open heart surgery. But they are in no way equipped to help you deal with managing emotional or psychological ramifications of surgery and it's pretty clear they just don't care.

Translate this to these surgeries and you have a tsunami of female health disasters headed our way. The medical institutions of this and other countries are accustomed to women absorbing the negative emotional fall out from major medical events both for themselves and for their families. When we cease to have the resources to carry this load, society is going to experience a crisis. The assumption is, we can bear an infinite amount of emotional labor but no one has such an infinite resource at their disposal and I do think we are about to learn that lesson through experience.

She's making these videos because, like so many of them, she's looking for a support group. We understand that psychological coping mechanism, right? She doesn't want to look weak but she needs people to share her experience and possibly cry with her so she feels less crazy and has a way to cope with the overwhelming feelings that this kind of trauma must inevitably raise.

The “reach out to me, I’ll answer as soon as possible” feels inappropriate. There are probably confused kids in this grown person’s inbox.

it’s like a nervous compulsion the way she repeats it in every video. i’m sure that constantly extending support to internet strangers on their “journeys” takes her mind, at least temporarily, off the subject of how her own is going.

what i get from her.. is fear. mostly a "holy shit it worked!" along with a realization of how bad things can go & will probably go with others & it seems she's waiting for something to happen to her. .. this "sell" is like a Hostage video.

The penis size brag in the beginning is bizarre and kind of sad. Don't really know what to think about that.

In other news, so happy to know this is a Safe Space for the Hair Impaired. That's me most days, I'm so glad I can come here and be among friends. Thanks Ex!

Notice that the bragging about her penis size is based on female bra sizes. Still a woman with a woman's cultural frame of reference. Sad.

In one of her latest videos, someone had asked her if she has sensation at the head of her fruit roll up. She goes on the explains, "cis man" have sensation in their head and the pretenders have sensation at the base. I'm confused, if the clitoris is surrounded by arm skin, does she have squeeze the fruit roll up where her clitoris is located to get off, like squeezing a toothpaste tube to get the toothpaste out? Last thought, I'm wondering if her wife had any input into her getting a phallo and getting the robot arm inserted. I sometimes wonder the women they marry or are in a relationship with, they themselves want a straight relationship so bad, that they pressure or convince them this is the next step to complete this outward appearance. They are just as damaged from bad relationships with males and they have their own trauma. So, they latch onto these girls to give them, that straight appearing relationship, in which the world accepts! I can see if Ashton did this all on her own, but she has been in this relationship for awhile. So, how much influence does their partner have in help destroying their body, all to play straight?

I'm reasonably confident that her"wife" is a trans identifying man and that's why he never talks and has such a massive head compared to Ashton. But, it's just a hunch and she has never stated this.

My guess is no. I have looked her up as far as I can go (social media) and in all appearances, she looks like a female. I'm waiting for Ashton to release her past videos, so I can delve deeper into her as she promised to upload them again after she took them down for an unknown reason.

She took them down because of my episodes about her and her content being shared on Twitter by other accounts like TroonyTunes. Plus she just got married. I have what she had up from how she looked before in my reactions to her.

I think Ashton’s wife looks trans, yes.

Thank you for mentioning men’s rights to privacy, I am a stepmother & have 3 nephews & 1 great nephew. They deserve private spaces from creeps like this as well. I would be furious if someone spoke about my boys like that in the bathroom, or my girls if I had any.
