that last graphic is pure propaganda, as we know. trans men’s skin tubes do not stand up like that, even when their water balloon inserts are fully inflated.
I understand what you're saying about the interpolations that cut into the video, however I find that I need a break from the undiluted horror. I've learned to chuckle and weep at the same time, in the same way that life comes at us. These posts of Exulansic offer us a way to process things uneasily. The same way that life comes at us. Try another viewing, Evangeline; it does get easier.

But I like her doing her own take here on Substack and splicing in all the little clips. It's creative. (I dunno, maybe it's millennial humour that resonates with those of us who grew up with cartoons featuring sequences full of non-sequiturs -- and the AI ditties remind me of the YouTube heyday of autotuned parody songs.)
If I was a woman fooled into dating this individual "as a guy," and then it gets physical, I'd freak out. Does Garen mention a girlfriend? The delusion is enormous.
It's amazing how easily these people are duped into having these horrific things done to their bodies. Just knowing you're going to get a fake meat tube, created from your forearm, attached to your crotch...that alone would tell any sane person that this is going to be very complicated and many things could go wrong. Amazing they're so brainwashed that they don't even see how difficult these surgeries are. Even if the docs don't explain to them in detail, you'd think they would kind of get a clue. Such trust in the surgeons and in their religion...
how is it a surprise?
i have seen women announce this “fyi” at least 7 times in 2 years of terfing online.

She is indeed a girl who has everything.
I’d like to watch these videos without all the random clips intertwined. I just want to see the person talk about their complications and you react.

Oy.
These are elective surgeries creating harm to the patient. How is this health care?

That AI music program is an absolute delight!
This is going to be used to pull down Medicaid (US) for sure. Nothing will distract the viewers like these kinds of stories.

This IOP device, is it sponsored by the Dixon Cider brand?
IPP device. They are mocking these people while destroying their bodies and taking their money. Or our money......
You have a miraculous way of turning tragedy into comedy gold, empathically, and then back again.
