A college senior attempts to kill herself over a failed relationship and ends up on the psych ward. Instead of being fully treated for her BPD, she is then prescribed testosterone a few months later and has breast removal the following year ($3,000 copay). Her top surgery is severely botched, leaving massive, thick scars. She continues to post on social media about how much emotional pain she's in from her BPD. Present: Plans mass trans genocide-by-suicide if Donald Trump is elected.

September 22, 2024: Otterishh decides to stop using mind-altering drugs and enter a period of sobriety, possibly because her surgeon directed her to. Griffin Sivret was also an addict, and posted about her addiction to opioids, and the relapses she had in pursuit of gender-deforming surgeries:

October 2024: Otterishh gets top surgery, otherwise known as removing both healthy breasts. This surgery is botched, leaving massive broken scars.

Otterish wants you to know it's very possible that she'll be among the last victims of gender affirming experimentation on the mentally ill in the United States. We can only hope.
