Exulansic, I listened very carefully to your explanation of the metoidioplasty and as I worked through it, I have come to the conclusion that this is not just a small- micro penis - it’s almost completely invisible and truly non existent!
All that just to stand and pee? Most women I know ( myself included) have had to emergency pee ( on the side of a road, in bushes...) just squat slightly and spread your legs and voila- standing while peeing! It’s really not all these people think it’s cracked up to be!!!
Lol! I really don't understand the fascination with standing to pee. I'm quite happy with urinating and having no troubles. Listening to these horror stories about their mutilated genitals is gut wrenching. I feel sorry for them and I want to shake them to wake them up from the "Kool aid" they drank. It's not cool to be mutilated!! Get angry at these surgeons!! And the groomers who led you down this path!!
exulansic has said in one of her videos: it’s easy for people suffering from mental illness to get fixated on peeing. it happens regularly, it demands some responding action, and when something captures a mentally ill person’s attention repeatedly, the person will start to obsess about it. i am reminded of an account of a prisoner in solitary confinement, who started exhibiting some (entirely understandable) symptoms of mental illness. he developed a delusion that he was not fully clearing his bladder, but that he could, if he simply stood over the toilet in his cell all day, straining for the urine that was surely still in there. these people need help, not.. this.
I know, there are even doodads you can buy to stand to pee with your natural functional parts. (I worked construction for a while and considered buying a doodad, because portapotties are SO GROSS, but you can't really wash your hands in the event of catastrophic misuse, so I never did, lol. Lotta toilet paper barriers and hovering.)
To go through all this for something resembling a micro penis is just bizarre. The goals of phalloplasty at least make slightly more sense. I never understood the desire for this type of surgery.
when i was in the trans men community, there was a rumor that it is somehow less dangerous and comes with fewer complications than phalloplasty. of course, it’s not true… but i only know that now from videos like this.
In the early 1920s-30s a quack doctor named John Brinkley convinced men all across the US to have goat balls surgically implanted. The theory being it increased virility. The leaps one has to take to believe that enough surgery and hormones will make a person the opposite sex is as logical as implanted goat balls. Oh, it also made John Brinkley crazy rich. To steal from Terry Pratchet, it's goat balls all the way down.
I spent 2 summers in the 70s on a hippie goat farm in W VA. Billy Goats have really unacceptable personal habits. But then, so do some of these tr----s. BTW, what happened to the human "Old Goats" who got the implants? I bet their wives were thrilled...
These women - so often lesbians - know so little about men. Men can & do sit down down to piss & they would never mangle their urinary & reproductive systems just to avoid doing that
trans man: so they’re going to have to cut my penis all the way open and do a full urethroplasty with a graft from the inside of my mouth. hopefully after that i can finally stand to pee. right now it sprays out several different holes and i have to sit to pee and the dysphoria is killing me.

I couldn't bear to go back and watch it) where the person said something along the lines of "talk to the guy at the urinal next to you..." and maybe there was something about comparing penises, and even *I* know that it's generally considered a breach of etiquette to talk to a stranger at a urinal. And you certainly wouldn't look at his equipment - I assume that's borne out of homophobia, but still...the fantasies these women have about what "manhood" consists of. Oy vey.

I dread to imagine what's actually happened to her genitals if urine is coming out of places it isn't supposed to be possible for it to come from. Either she doesn't know what's down there now, because she's been lied to (or Jesus Christ, maybe no one knows what they've done including the Mengeles who did this to her) or something else has gone wrong.
I will never understand how these people can think body modification will be better than what they have: lost/weird sensation and scarring are unpredictable yet inevitable side effects of cutting.
You're right that no one really knows what's going on. These procedures are all experimental. They're doing human experiments that would normally be illegal, but the magical word "transgender" makes it A-OK.
TIFs are the abused wives of the medical industry. They may someday reach the point where they have had enough and will take help in getting to safety. But until then, they are clinging to their abuser and there is no prying them loose.
They're so deluded if they think that sex change surgery will give them the authentic and normal functioning genitalia of the opposite sex. Amazing how they hardly ever blame the doctors. Thank you.x

I've literally seen silicone packers that you can actually pee thru - that would save so much money/time/pain/ANGUISH!
