Also, don't tell that lady that there are a lot of ass men out there. They'll find a way to sexulize you. Waiting for that "mastectomy" category on pornhub.
Ikr? Goes to show how little these young women even know about men. Sexually pathological men can sexualise ANYTHING. Amputees? Sure! Close to death anorexics? Absolutely! Mastectomy scars? Hubbahubba!
Yes. There will soon be a new mastectomy category on Pornhub. Any girl or woman who thinks she can escape being sexually objectified and sexually assaulted by cutting off her breasts is fooling herself. What could possibly scream louder than those mastectomy scars that “I am a female”?!
I recall a woman on Twitter was once making a list of things that men have humped. Stuff like a pile of wet leaves, tree stumps, corpses, an old rotted boot, a stone wall, vacuum cleaner hose, etc. It was a couple of years ago so I don’t remember what the precise idea was but it had something to do with how men will literally f**k just about anything.
There’s definitely a subset of men who’ll go after those mastectomy scars. To some predator males it probably is the sexual equivalent of seeing a wounded/weakened antelope by the watering hole: she’ll be the one he zeroes in on *because* she’s clearly a “good victim” and can be picked off from the herd.
She also missed the part where being objectified based on obvious characteristics isn't what gets women raped. Like old women, flat chested women, fat women, masculine women, tall women, muscular women just never get raped in her mind.
Yes. Men have raped octogenarian nuns. Men have raped infants.
I understand why some women would wish to camouflage their bodies or de-sex themselves to avoid being targeted by men, but training in self defense and/or carrying a weapon is the better way to go.
A man raped a 3 month old baby in Australia about 6 years ago. Because it was an aboriginal man ppl claimed the media furore was racist. The little baby girl will have to have surgery to reconstruct her genitals several times as she grows up.
"Flirty to see the scars through the shirt..." Who...what sort of person gets turned on by that? How can a woman have her breasts sliced off and feel "feminine"? My breasts are probably two of my most dearly beloved body parts!
The part that broke my heart the most about that is how she isn't even overweight. She appears quite medium sized to me. Yet just sharing her professional art she is met with comments from men calling her fat. I used to believe I was trans bc of behavior like this. I'm ten pounds overweight and ugly. I've seen posts from men about how if women like film it is only bc ex boyfriends turned them on to the art. And ugly women are especially not to be trusted. Well my favorite director is Michael Haneke. But no man would believe that.
The internalized misogyny is tough to watch in this video. It's as though being a woman is the sickness they are trying to cut out but can't. I've had this thought specifically with the women who transition or call themselves non-binary, that they are trying to opt out of womanhood. Opt out of self hatred and sex based oppression by mutilating their bodies. Ultimately you can't and those in power to take our rights away will always know who the women are.
between the one woman calling her nipples "pepperonis" and then our friend gwen making a joke about who has her nipples, and then the mom and daughter in the mirror after breast removal... the horror on that you girl's face!! All I wanna do is hug my boobs and tell them I would never do that to them. As much as I hate wearing bras, as much as I hate men and boys staring at my chest, as annoying as my breasts are when running... I am grateful to have them. they are part of my body. These poor girls!!!
Good God a'mighty. These mutilated girls will have a Dickens of a time down the line when they realize they have ruined themselves withour need or reason. Weeping with happiness, my foot.
For people who are always talking about how they FEEL on the inside, there seems to be almost ALL of the attention on the OUTSIDE? Is anyone else puzzled by this? I know looking on the inside is hard work and scary at times but but but...
So many horrifying things here! In some ways I was most astounded by the ones who feel they can't wear certain shirts until they cut off their breasts -- what? I have never once thought that I couldn't wear a shirt because of how my breasts look under it. The pathology in these poor young women is absolutely tragic, they hate their bodies so much. And oh lordy, the one who thought she became a better mother by having her breasts cut off!
I was looking through a photo archive of Pride celebrations from the late 80s (nostalgia, since that's when I came out), and saw a picture of a topless woman with short hair. I kept looking at this photo, like "what is weird about this??" (honestly, I also kept looking at it b/c she was cute)...but then I realized what it was: she looked kinda butchy but also had intact breasts. It made me so sad to realize how rare that is these days. I know of several lesbians who don't even ID as NB or trans who have had top surgery. The thing that makes butches so sexy to me is their female body + butch swagger! (or female body and androgynous swagger...or femme swagger. Really, any female body that hasn't been altered by cosmetic surgeries looks great to me). I found several of the women in this compilation attractive, but it was breaking MY brain to see them without breasts.
If I were single, anyone who had had an elective mastectomy would get an automatic pass from my dating pool because 1.) their body probably wouldn't be attractive to me and 2.) we would have major philosophical differences that would preclude the building of a relationship even if I got over the missing body parts from a physical attraction standpoint. (I don't feel the same way about cancer survivors b/c mastectomy wasn't a choice and it's also unlikely they would have had a man-style chest installed afterwards).
It would definitely be a red flag. It wouldn't be a deal breaker for the proverbial love of my life if they'd recovered but it is an immediate turn off for me and cause for concern. I'm not looking for a project or someone who will hurt themselves to get attention.
Good point about it not being a deal-breaker if someone had recovered. It's all easy for me to say from the viewpoint of someone in a long-term relationship with someone who is not dysphoric in any way at all (like, I don't even think aging is bothering her the way my own aging is getting to me). I feel very, very lucky to not have to deal with any of this first-hand.
Depressing.
Jesus.
"I can be a better mom"
No
That really got to me also, what the heck was that jacked up lady on about!
No mom is better when they decided to self harm using the industrial medical complex.
No mom is better when their ability to freely feed their babes its taken away from them.
Unless she wants more kids...

They already do - there's an entire subreddit called 'r/FTMspunished' with 93k subscribers and 'r/FTMporn' with 151k subscribers.
OMG…

Also...don't objectify me based on my breasts, objectify me on the basis of my lack thereof...?
The lady de-commodifying her body through mastectomy...
Taking the power away from the third party through self-harm?
Cut off your nose to spite... the patriarchy?
Totally tragic.

This is absolutely horrific

It's a grieving process that gets stuck in denial

😂*hugs boobs* “don’t worry, ladies. i’d never let them do that to you. yes, even if shopping for bras is annoying. never” *squeeze*
I have found a brand of wirefree bras that is supportive, comfortable, and pretty. The brand that makes it is Bali
honey, your brain caught up. it was horrified
Brain's screaming "JXNE STOP THIS CRAZY THING" at full-throttle for the next several decades

Note to Natalie Bigman - you look like a man.

Wasn’t that shocking? In my experience, children love the soft and cuddly feel of their mother’s breasts! It’s soothing!
