I'm definitely voting malicious intent for the surgeon. Fat women get breast cancer too and resecting all the tissue in order to lay the skin down on the pectoral muscle is possible even if harder. The doctor clearly didn't even consider the breast crease, no fucking way someone who had to study human anatomy for a professional degree didn't know that. You'd have to do this shit on purpose.

These pictures look like the surgeon didn't put drains in, so the fluid is retained in those pouches. I have read there are some surgeons who don't put drains in and these girls get all kinds of issues after the surgery. The unfortunate thing is, there is no supply shortage of bodies for these doctors. These girls are lining up out the door to get them chopped off and in their minds, this will never happen to me! Of course, the trans man logo, "It's worth it"!
