This one made me cry

It's so sad - that poor girl. She's so afraid to blame the person who hurt her.

Body mutilation as a trend. So glad my trend was just white face make up

My trend was 80s pink and purple eyeshadow, Jane Fonda aerobics classes, Wham!, The Motels, and Blondie. Debbie Harry was so pretty.

I feel so sorry for young people of this era.

Yes, it's hard to hear her. She did a great job of hobbling herself and shutting herself up. Who needs patriarchy when there's trans?!

I'm glad I got out of the military when I did. Wtf?!

Can't wait to hear about the vaginal atrophy meme! TIF's waddling carefully because their vaginal tissues have dessicated? What fun!

I like the word, it suits the situation.

Here's a silver lining observation; when she decides to detransition, and I'm optimistic she will, there will be a hint of something already there and maybe, if she gains weight, they will look enough like breasts that she won't want breast reconstruction.

The fact that she feels "disgusting" after three days without a shower tells me she has a lot of psychological problems. The very last thing anyone should care about when they're dealing with surgery is whether or not they're sweating.

I've had major surgery. I pooped the bed, started my period and did so many other actually disgusting things without giving it a second thought that I honestly cannot tell you if I was sweating or not.

When it's important, and you have a reasonably objective take on reality, sweating during a medical procedure is not something likely to cross your mind.

I imagine it probably goes with the territory of being trans that one is VERY concerned with their outward appearances, so being sweaty and stinky would cause distress.

Seems like we both had surgery in a fight for our lives instead of some sick ego right of passage in a cult.

I don't know what your surgery was but yes, I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, stabilized in the ICU and then underwent open heart surgery for near-complete blockages complicated by an overlooked congenital defect that already made it more difficult for my heart to function.

I still fight that fight every day. Heart patient survival depends, to a large degree, on maintaining regular exercise. It's nearly 100F and it has been that hot for the last 60 days where I live. So the choice I have is to risk my health by exercise or risk my life by taking it easy in order to avoid the physical problems caused by excessive heat.

We have so many issues to deal with in our society here and now. Global warming has put the health of tens of millions of people all over the world at serious risk, right now. My conundrum is probably the most common one but it is a life and death question and I'm being squeezed.

Meanwhile, people with equally serious health conditions involving their livers or their kidneys, bladders or other organs are forced to wait longer than they should because doctors offices and surgical suites are increasingly crowded by these egomaniacs and their demand for services caused by their decision to undergo dangerous, experimental treatments in the quest to assume a form they cannot ever attain.

It's infuriating.

More surgery when they realize they are women/female and want to be seen as women again is not IMO what women like this need when they detransition! Constructing breasts just to appear to have "female" breasts will come at the cost of additional physical pain. And those pretend "breasts" will not have the sensations real breasts have. In fact, she is likely to have an overall numb chest because of all the nerves severed when so many incisions were made.

As for sweating, why surely a "real" man would think it manly to sweat anytime, anywhere, and would realize a surgeon would not be surprised or uncomfortable with a patient sweating.

But of course there is nothing rational about any of this.

And this article sheds some light, perhaps, on how distorted the whole Trans religion is:

I feel like surgeons doing whatever tf they want during breast surgery is pretty common. I saw this horrific article a while back about women who were having mastectomies b/c of breast cancer, and they had been very explicit with their doctors that they weren't planning on having any kind of reconstruction afterwards, so please leave them completely flat. When they woke up, the doctors had left all sorts of extra flesh on their chests and under their arms (so much worse than any dog ears after a top surgery) because "they might change their mind" about reconstruction later. What makes it even worse is that they can't have getting it fixed covered by insurance because once the cancer was gone, any correction would be considered purely cosmetic (except, I guess, actual breast reconstruction which I think is still considered part of cancer treatment for insurance purposes).

I've only had a few surgeries in my life, and they went well and the docs did what they were supposed to do and nothing else (as far as I know). I can't imagine the feeling of violation to wake up and learn that your wishes were not respected. Though it sounds like she assumed she'd be flat as a board and didn't actually voice that clearly to her doc.

I also didn't know that they didn't remove all the mammary glands so that lactation can still happen without an outlet. Awful.

I'm wondering if these doctors were male. It sounds so typical of a male to push boundaries with women. If a woman who walks into the doctor's office with a plan and is very direct, these males doctors think they know best, because they are in charge.

When I was about eight, my mother went to a dermatologist to have a mole on her side removed. This was not her first time undergoing this minor, routine procedure, which required only local anaesthetic. This male surgeon, however, wanted her to remove all her clothes. That didn’t work on her, not least because she worked in healthcare and its corporate side. She has the measure of physicians.

But how many other women and girls felt unable to protest?

And that’s just one creep, to say nothing of the killers and butchers.

Some males select the speciality of ob/gyn just as other doctors select the speciality of pediatrics. They seek a way to gratify their sexual desires and enjoy exercising power over certain types of patients.

At this point I don't think men should be permitted to be gynecologists.

There really are differences in how good surgeons are when it comes to removing breast tissue. There is always the risk that even the best surgeon will leave behind some mammary gland tissue. But not every surgeon is "best" or even "good". Less skilled surgeons miss some mammary gland tissue, and their patients suffer if they become pregnant. One of many reasons why mastectomies should only be performed to resolve much more serious problems than gender/body dysphoria or for cosmetic/esthetic reasons, such as to stop the spread of cancer or life-threatening infections or severe traumatic injuries to the breasts.

Every “trans man” who gets this top surgery always has round shoulders, creased looking nipples, and long horizontal scars.

From the side it looks horrible!! It looks like they have an overly flat concave chest with a soft tummy and wide hips! They aren’t fooling anyone!!!

I hadn't thought of it as sexual abuse, but you are spot on. He manipulated her breasts to please his own ego.

Imagine the male equivalent, a man going in for lung surgery and waking up with unwanted pecs. There would be a furore. These girls are victims of 'surgeons' who don't care.

He is treating her as a child. Yet he is still removing her breasts. Insane.

Surely he told her not to lift her arms? So why did she shave?

So glad you called out her flirty behavior with the doctor, these girls and women still behave like females, their entire energy is still very female, they don't seem to get it but the rest of us do.

Yes - particularly the feeling of being self-conscious whilst sweating in front of a male doctor. It shows that she is acutely aware she is not male and that the doctor is of the opposite sex.
