This brings back something that happened in the '90s -- my partner and I were vendors at the annual SF Anarchist Book Fair, and Lierre Keith was a speaker that day. Lierre was talking about eating meat, about why being a strict vegan is not so good. During her talk, someone from the crowd threw a pie in her face, and the pie had hot sauce for extra damage. My partner was at her talk, and he was the first one who rushed over to try to help Lierre; he also took the mic and tried to get people to calm down, saying we are anarchists, we let everyone speak their mind. That was one of the first times he and I realized that the far-Left anarchists were changing, and we were no longer in agreement with their new philosophy. Later that day, we were talking to a young lady about Lierre being attacked, saying how shocked we were that anarchists would deny her freedom of speech. The young lady said, "Anarchists don't believe in free speech. Some speech is oppressive." We were so stunned, we didn't know what to say. That was the beginning of the end of the anarchist movement in America. It has only gotten worse over time. So weird to see Lierre being attacked and pied again because she was saying something some people didn't like. I'm sure the crappy-ass little attacker was an Antifa goon.
Anyway, glad Lierre is continuing to speak out for what she believes, glad there are still protests against censorship, against medical tyranny, for freedom of speech. Sad old world we live in these days, but we need to keep up the fight and never let ourselves be coerced into giving up our rights.
What a twat he is
Attack a woman from behind...how ballsy.
