I know it's a serious topic, but the dander-identity stuff sends me into a fit of laughter every time.

"A whole new world" indeed! Love the insidious propaganda message fed to this generation by beloved Disney films...Little Mermaid is another example! Happy VD to you!!

Wasn't this an amazing use of the banal and the poignant? It was hard to gag and laugh at the same time, but I managed it.

I tremendously enjoyed Exulansic's quivering lower lip! It should be more regularly deployed. This was a funny video, but deadly serious at the same time. Dander: I am a martyr to it. Cat dander specifically. I look at it under a microscope daily; it is tiny clusters of white crystals, strung all along a cat fur like Christmas lights on a wire. It's also a sneaky little allergen. Regarding the movements of Jazz's lower lip, Exulansic is right. It moves involuntarily. His lower lip also seems to drag down somewhat permanently on one side, listing to starboard (the right). Since Ex mentioned this on other occasions, I began to notice it, and to notice also that it was happening when he was quite young. Thank you Exulansic, for making this content, as grisly as it is, more palatable and digestible. You seem to be the only one that can give us this information in such a way for us to feel the immediacy of it. Others give it too, but carefully and not fearlessly as you do. You are a real Teacher, and that is one of my highest compliments. The overlay on the cartoon was powerful!! Each picture was a stinging dart.

I wonder what he would have said if he looked into a crystal ball into his later obese self? Jeanette is just beyond believable. "Like her peers," omg. This show is evil presented in bit sized petit fours.

This time it strikes me that Jazz would've been such a sweet, gay man. Or maybe not gay, but really a very sweet man. Such a tragedy.

Today's Dander Identity Prosthesis = Excellent!!

PS: What conservative media did you go viral on, Ex? Just curious...

In 2023, a clip from I Am Jazz's Waking Nightmare: The Misgendered Turtle was featured on Breitbart. It was then picked up by Prager U, Matt Walsh and one other that I recall. Some tried and succeeded at editing me out and some did not and my face was visible. Breitbart left me in.

Wow! I must have missed those. I confess those are news outlets I don't follow. It makes me laugh to think of them editing you out of your own video!

So if you don't have to do the surgery to be trans -- it's just optional -- why is the rest of it not also optional? Instead it's been sold to the public as healthcare rather than elective cosmetic treatments. There's now an entire subset of clinical practice known as "gender medicine", which seeks to give it the same status as, say, immunology or oncology. We are regularly told that this is all life-saving treatment.

Now it turns out it's all just a pick n' mix of optional interventions? Which is it?

When I was hospitalized in an eating disorder unit at 15, NO ONE told me I was at risk of suicide. I knew about it, because the safety measures were obvious and fellow patients mentioned it, but neither my parents nor the staff discussed it with me—even when a nurse took my parents aside and told them the unit had had two suicides in a year and was not the best place for me. I attempted suicide as a college senior, but at the time, it never serious crossed my mind, despite the torment that surrounded me that year, as a result of my eating disorder.

You don’t tell a young person, especially one grappling with mental illness, that he or she is likely to commit suicide.

It is insane that this family and the “healthcare providers” and “experts” around them have coached this child, apparently from the time he was a toddler, to believe that he will kill himself if he undergoes normal development and becomes a man. That crime lies at the heart of the larger tragedy. They told him he would suffer so much he would end his own life. They led him to believe he would have no control over his own feelings or actions. They introduced the idea of suicide to a child before he was eleven and what’s more, they told him he would do it. They gave him no protection, no defense—except hormones and surgery.

The way Jeanette describes male characteristics here and elsewhere—the “hairy legs,” the jutting brow ridge, the beard—it’s clear she’s done the same thing with Jazz. Perhaps she’s even used the twins as illustrations. Heck, all those roundtables with obviously male autogynephiles in there 40s probably serves the same purpose. What child or preteen wants to look or sound like that? Jazz is clearly, understandably image-conscious at this stage. Most preteens and teens are, and his family seems to delight in exacerbating that anxiety. (Witness Ari pressuring him to try on a swimsuit that made him visibly uncomfortable, all while on camera, as if swimwear in a changing room isn’t hellish enough.)

And this was all documented and broadcast to a nation.

I swear Sierra is the only person witty enough to cause me to LAUGH OUT LOUD on this subject. Truly, thank you though... I worry about Jazz all the time... sometimes you just need to laugh because... what else can you do?
