They’ve probably been told that old men who want to perv will do it anyway and they should support their young, camp, flamboyant boyfriends from the evil terfs. By the old men who want to perv over them.
Hey, remember Alok the Enby says that we don't need to worry about men in women's spaces because "some little girls are kinky." (please note that like my earlier reference to J. Marsh on another thread, this is meant to be sarcastic and not at all an agreement with what this person said).
Heterosexual male cross-dressers w/ sexual fetishes and paraphilias, autogynephiles/transvestic fetishists, who hate women and will kick the handmaidens to the curb as well--it is about the domination of women.
Exulansic, I missed you! I woke up to this new video and had a hard time getting through it because it’s hard for me to listen to what’s being done to so many women. The longer I stay involved and the more I understand, the more difficult it is for me. Anyone else feel this way? I guess I’m getting angrier by the minute? Sisters in solidarity 💜🤍💛💪🤞🤞🤞
Amy, you should get a civil attorney and sue the boy, his parents, the school and the police department! Not only do have a documented physical injury, but you now have PTSD to what happened to you! Keep pushing the district attorney and always have as many women go with you on your court dates and pressure the district attorney's office to act on your behalf. DO NOT accept a plea deal, he needs see there are consequences for his actions and being put on probation is not a consequence. Actual jail time! Last thought, have you ever thought to talk privately to the correction officers outside the prison? Giving them anonymity to hear their stories about this change. Many of them do not agree with these mandates, but are told by the superintendent of prisons, they have no choice or lose their job. There are women correction officers and civilian staff who now have to deal with male inmates in women's prisons and their safety is at risk as well. I wish you a speedy recovery both physically and eventually mentally!
If a personal injury attny took the case it should be on a contingent fee basis which means she/he gets a percentage of the recovery but there is no cost to the plaintiff. As to the perp, I think she said he was 27 yrs old--an adult.
This may sound callous, but I would not be alarmed about this trend if it were only happening to affluent white kids.
We have a house in rural MA and it has become apparent to me that becoming "trans" is the new ticket to special treatment amongst teens of all income brackets. I see just as many of them in the Berkshires, or the Hamptons, or the Hudson Valley as I do in NYC or Boston, maybe more.
The thing that bothers me about this is the fact that MA has a good, working health care system that is accessible to all. My primary residence is in MA. My health care is excellent. If this were only happening in affluent white populations who were paying their own medical bills, I would not be so exercised about it. It's not. This is a trend that is on the verge of overwhelming health care systems in Blue states.
I do not want to live in Alabama, or Arkansas, or Oklahoma or Louisiana. There is no equivalent to Mass General in any of those states. Texas has decent health care facilities but none are available to anyone but the richest of the rich. Same is true of Florida.
Even when I am eligible for Medicare, the spectre of an overburdened, pared-down medical system looms large on the horizon because these people have BIG medical needs that are ongoing and incurable. They are addicts. They require constant tending. They indulge in expensive surgeries and they expect all of us to pay for it.
The other day, I was on twitter when I saw a tweet by Abigail Thorn. In it, he calls any diagnosis of gender dysphoria a "fantasy diagnosis" notoriously unreliable, made up by "cishet" doctors. Fine, I thought, we agree there. But he went on to declare trans a right saying, "we are trans because we say so and that's enough."
This is a person who commands a fair amount of respect in England and I think we should all be aware, and alarmed at the fact that this is where these fascists are headed. They believe they are special because they say so and they believe they deserve to be medically serviced, no matter the cost, at our expense, because they are special This would be laughable were it not for the fact that it does seem to me as though our government is inclined to submit to this ridiculous belief.
They're not even feigning a logical stance anymore. How do we win out over that? Using reason to argue with a lunatic only makes the lunatic look good. They're never going to care what you say and you look like an idiot for believing they might.
Hey there fellow MA-er! I have had a similar thought, not so much about Medicare, but about how I don't have kids of my own but even if I have to pay for personal care/nursing care when/if I'm elderly, who will be the staff? there are shortages now, but what happens when a huge portion of the generation behind me is disabled while they're young? Just a reminder to myself I need to get back to the gym and stay healthy so I can be self-sufficient as long as possible (a good goal regardless).
I work out just about every day. I'm a heart patient, so I have to. My husband and I are also child-free. It wasn't by choice in the beginning but now, honestly? I wouldn't change it. I've worked with kids. I know plenty of people with kids and my feelings about it now are more in the "no thank you" range than not. From my perspective, they're just not interesting. It seems as though any part of their lives that is interesting is strictly off-limits to their parents and that doesn't change over time.
Over the last few days, I have managed to do something that pinches my knee, so I'm learning that even staying fit won't always be something I can depend upon.
I love our state. I wish Katherine Clark and Elizabeth Warren lived somewhere else but I'm still proud of who we are. For the most part, even though some of our politicians are fully owned by the trans lobby, we are down to earth people who don't go for trends.
I thought EW was a good idea at first but she's so firmly pro-trans, and her economic policies are so entrenched in the idea that everyone works at one job for one employer their whole lives that I know, for certain, I will not be voting for her in the next election. As for Katherine Clark? What a mess. What a disaster.
Anyway, maybe we should start brainstorming an Elders collective for the time when we enter our dotage? I think, if enough Elders pooled resources, it would be possible to live collectively, comfortably, with privacy and dignity and to choose who might be employed to help out in those circumstances.
My big concern is that the trans nomads will find us and move here. I became an American when I married my husband and although I think it's probably wiser to keep this a secret than to say it out loud, my health care is much better and cheaper here than it was in Canada. AndI am not on Mass Health, If I were, it would be even cheaper and just as good.
Okay, off to the art gallery. Hope you'r fully dug out from the snow. We only lost two little trees, I'm telling myself my other plants will enjoy this big, refreshing dump of moisture before Spring begins and being grateful for the fact that the big snow means happy maple trees and a banner year for syrup!
I actually supported Elizabeth Warren, in the beginning, when she ran for President.
But during her last Presidential Debate EW strongly stated that if she won the Presidency, she would allow transformers who are biological men into Women's Prisons.
I phone banked for her in her first election. I saw her speak several times. I was a real supporter. I was put off by the fact that she kept referring to her late father as her "Daddy." And honestly, I should have paid attention to that feeling.
It was during the state convention, I forget which one, when I heard her talk about trans rights and was bullied by her supporters because I didn't respond to something she said as they expected that my opinion of her was changed.
Then we needed an equity mortgage on a house we own and because of the changes to regulations that were championed by EW, it was impossible. No matter what you put up for collateral, even if the house you're trying to mortgage has a proven revenue stream that would more than cover payments, as ours was, your mortgage is tied to your income now. And by your income I mean, the income provided by an employer.
My husband and I have always been freelancers. Freelancers can't get a mortgage. Period. The banks want there to be an employer who sends a paycheck every month, no matter what.
I know EW thinks she was protecting working people from disaster by spearheading the charge to make that change, but what it actually does is cut out the people who might be able to make some financial security for themselves without a paycheck from some corporate overlord.
It was the trans issue that soured me on Warren but her paternalistic economic policies keep wealth inequality firmly in place. I'm not sure I'd call myself a socialist, but I'm not the kind of capitalist who thinks we need to keep a working class working in place and plodding along while employers and shareholders get richer every single day.
There are more self-employed people now than ever before and none of them qualify for a mortgage in the US. THAT is a big problem. Not as big as the trans problem, but almost as important imo.
OMG! I spent an entire summer in Iowa campaigning for Elizabeth Warren. My daughter was vice - president of the USC Democrat’s Club and was given an internship with EW. I went along as a volunteer and rented a little apartment in Dubuque with my her. We spent our days going door to door for EW’s Presidential bid. That was 4 summers ago and (to my horrors) I was not aware of the trans issue. Maybe I was, but was in total denial- I lived in West Hollywood, raised a gay son and went BLINDLY along with the whole lefty- liberal package! I was buying anything and everything they were “selling” like so many other women- “be nice” and “accept “ bs! Make a long story short- I went up to one door and was met by a very angry Trump supporter. She began to yell and as I backed up, I fell down her brick porch and steps and broke my femur! 😱EW called my daughter and said all the right things and the rest was a disaster. I still walk with a limp and have chronic pain in my leg! And to add insult to injury, you’re now telling me that she wanted to house men in women’s prison? I should have known better but I didn’t- all this pain and suffering for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I’m so mad, I could cry!
I'm so sorry. I don't know what to say. I never considered the damage spreading from the center of all this.
Early on in the campaign, I researched all of the candidates. Harris was off the table within the first few weeks for me because of her stance on trans issues. Slowly they all fell away. Bennet would have been one of my choices but honestly, I knew he couldn't win the nomination, and soI was waiting for Biden to show up because I assumed he'd be too smart to fall for this trans crap. Literally every other Democratic candidate committed to supporting the trans agenda pretty early on.
I can't say Biden was a mistake because I think it was the only path to victory for the Democrats and we needed, more than anything, to get 45 out of office. I mean, you can't fight for women's rights if the planet is in the middle of a nuclear disaster or something equally catastrophic, right?
I will still be voting Blue all the way in every election until MTG and Trump and the rest of that crew are safely in the rear view mirror. I believe the tide is turning and Democrats will come around even if they are the last people on earth to do it.
All I can suggest is that everyone research a candidate before they commit to working on their campaign. Attending the convention is also extremely helpful if you can do it. A candidates followers tell you a lot more about who they are than people realize. Warren's supporters are awful people, just the worst. They're mean, they're smug and they're greedy.
Thank you for the link! I don’t know whether I should laugh or cry or kill someone or myself? I need to gather my thoughts and sit with all this for a while before I can respond properly.
Having watched the Massachusetts "health care" system kill people I knew, I'm not nearly as fond of it as you are. It also contributes hugely to the gross misinformation peddled in its medical schools; finding decent physicians in the Northeast is unbelievably difficult.
And I'm sorry, I also meant to say, I am horrified and so sorry about April's hand. It's unforgiveable that anyone would inflict this kind of damage on another human being. It's infuriating and at the same time kind of terrifying. What won't they do? I hope she can recover more function than predicted.
Thank you for this. I'm sorry any of it happened, but thank you for keeping it in the light.
Thank you both, Ex and April for all the work you do, and I hope April's hand heals up well!
I was reminded of a conversation I overheard a while back:
Person 1: Did you hear about the women in the New Jersey prison who were impregnated by a trans inmate? [notice the phrasing, btw]
Person 2: Yeah, that's awful.
Person 1: ...
Person 2: ...
Person 2: ...but trans women are really brutalized when they're put in male prisons...
Me (in my head): Ok, so instead of addressing the problem of violence in the male prisons, put the trans women in a place where they can become the brutalizer instead of the brutalized. Cool cool cool. It's not like most of the incarcerated women haven't already been on the receiving end of violence most of their lives.
Great conversation! A mid-aged male artist who is very obviously an AGP might get housed with women here in Denmark after he destroyed a famous Danish painting. He was years ago sent out of women's changing rooms. If court decides to send him to the women's facility, I will go to the capital and protest. I'm very scared of being out as a 'terf', but your conversation inspired me. Thanks a lot for the great content as always, Ex
What happened to April shows the absolute necessity for women to think carefully about how they will handle these gross little fascists, one major component being no woman on her own only part of a group. Do everything in a group, never wait to scream bloody murder, and other techniques I'm sure smart, smart women can think of!
So depressing seeing these young women protesting mature women…it feels like a lot of the ageism and fear of becoming a “Karen” (AKA any adult woman who has the audacity to speak) turned against other women. As if their screaming will prevent them from one day becoming what they hate and fear…as if the men they desperately ally with will want anything to do with them once they’re replaced by a younger, more pliable, cohort. No matter what they do or don’t do, by the time they’re over 30, men of their society will hate them and abuse them in new ways. This is the essence of womanhood if there was one. Whatever we do or do not do is always wrong in the end.
You make a great point. I would also like to add that many straight men who are critical thinkers will despise the woman because the transformer male2female is also definite threat to straight men.

Can you please tell me how ANTIFA/ANTI-FACIST become so Pro-Transformers and anti-women ❓
Too many immature & traumatized dudes hanging out with each other alone for too long, I think that's part of it.
🤣🤣🤣
Just appaling I hope they suffer serious consequences
These young women don’t realise that they’re campaigning and screaming for 50+ year old perverts to watch them getting undressed.
Maybe they do and just don’t care?
They’ve probably been told that old men who want to perv will do it anyway and they should support their young, camp, flamboyant boyfriends from the evil terfs. By the old men who want to perv over them.
Hey, remember Alok the Enby says that we don't need to worry about men in women's spaces because "some little girls are kinky." (please note that like my earlier reference to J. Marsh on another thread, this is meant to be sarcastic and not at all an agreement with what this person said).
thanks. Did you know, / is often used as an indication that the statement following it is sarcasm?
Heterosexual male cross-dressers w/ sexual fetishes and paraphilias, autogynephiles/transvestic fetishists, who hate women and will kick the handmaidens to the curb as well--it is about the domination of women.
The police were an absolute disgrace, tacoma is now infamous as a violent woman gating area in the US, shame on them
Should be women hating, amazing how the screaming children hate older women, but they will be the older woman very very soon
If they’re lucky!
I hope April is OK , it was horrible to watch her being treated like this by children with a principal encouraging it
Thank you, Exulansic and thank you, April.

I was just about to post the same thing! I would contribute to a legal fund for this!
If a personal injury attny took the case it should be on a contingent fee basis which means she/he gets a percentage of the recovery but there is no cost to the plaintiff. As to the perp, I think she said he was 27 yrs old--an adult.
How terrible, April, I am so sorry. Those hateful violent men better be punished. Thank you, Exulansic, for sharing her story.

I was paralyzed with fear and then I went into a mode of mortal combat.
I will never understand the absolute hatred that some women have for other women in order to please men.
Now let me give you some background on myself:. I'm a Liberal educated heterosexual, non white woman, who is from the Northeast.
Who is anti-RepubliKKKan.
Mary when EW made that statement that is in the above link, that I attached I wanted to leave America.
I truly am sorry for the horrific situation that happened to you on the campaign trail. I wish all the best.
Let me know what you think of the comments. I really look forward to hearing your opinions.
Let's talk again

You make a great point. I would also like to add that many straight men who are critical thinkers will despise the woman because the transformer male2female is also definite threat to straight men.
This new Generation of female degenerates are horrible.
The book HAGS (Victoria Smith( is very relevant to this topic.
Molly
Just curious, but does Hags actually mean F@g Hags❓
In the context of this book, no. It’s more akin to witch or crone. Basically, calling back to the derogatory word for a mature woman. The book explores the special kind of hatred adult and mature women have received through history and modern times.
