Female Jennital Mutilation

To paraphrase @JennyWaresMD on Twitter, "Hey, kid! Wanna try drugs? First hit is free! You can stop whenever you want."

I seriously am so angry I could throw the world at this MD. Can you imagine an oncologist saying to a child that they can “try out” chemo “if you choose” and that if the child with cancer does not like the cosmetic effect of the chemo, does not like their hair falling out, they “can stop” and “not wait” to stop? We have so much flexibility! Why do we have flexibility? Because these interventions are known to be medically unnecessary. This doctor appears to be practicing in Arizona, which bans female genital mutilation. The punishment in Arizona appears to be a $25,000 fine and 35 years in prison.

Female genital mutilation is defined as: “…a painful and traumatic procedure performed on girls and young women for the sole purpose of intentionally removing or damaging healthy, normal tissue without any medical benefit.” The tissue is permanently damaged and deformed by the action of this drug, testosterone, which is being prescribed solely for religious and cultural reasons, by creeps in trenchcoats standing in the shadows of dark alleys. “Just try it!”

This damage often happens within the first month. I’ve seen and documented tiktokers recommend going on T “just for like a month so you can get more hog to work with.” KCMiller reported a vocal change in the first few days, a reality scoffed at by many, but everyone’s genetics are different, and some people are on the tail end of any bell curve. I’ve also made compilations of Tiktokers discussing the pain that is caused when a drug increases the size of a structure that is physically confined, which can lead to pressure necrosis, i.e., death of some or all of the clitoris, and associated loss of function. That’s notwithstanding the long-term loss of function associated with puberty blockade.

Yet, these doctors are gleefully bragging on social media about how they’re giving these powerful, external genital-altering drugs to female children and letting them decide when to start and stop the drug. They know these aren’t “life-saving.” They know there is no actual medical consequence to not roiding out a teenage girl. State governments, you do not have to wait until you ban gender-affirming medicine. Just enforce the laws you already have. #Lockherup.

Edit: She is claiming she is not prescribing these to children but would obtain them for her own child and is aware of other MDs prescribing them to specific children, yet is doing nothing about it. I frankly don’t believe her, but please see part 2.
