You need to be vigilant regarding allocation of videos to various helpers in order to obviate replicated work and the wasting of time. I'd help if I had the time but am caught up in a big resesrch project at present that robs me of both time and energy. I wish you all the best and hope that you place your work with a reputable publisher.
I'm thinking... just so people won't work on the same videos, should we let you know (write on the Excel list) BEFORE we begin – say "I'm going to do x, w, and z videos in the Vaginoplasty Volumes" f.ex, so another person won't pick the same videos and will select others.
I think people get stuck between many different departments/areas of speciality. Gender Doctors including therapist / then plastic surgeon (?) / then urologist / then bowel - it would be interesting perhaps to know how many different department they are dealing with as this seems to be not where it all falls down, because beginning the process is where it all falls down but this seems to be the final cruelty that they seem to just fall between Drs nobody takes ownership
Substack is refusing to accept likes again on this page. I subscribe to a few newsletters through Substack, but I’ve ever only noticed this quirk on this account and Graham Linehan’s. Wish I could assist with the data reduction, but it’s definitely not in my skill set. Good luck finding helpers! Surely they’re out there, and this is really important work that you’re doing. Going to go set up ko.fi because I ditched Patreon and PayPal. Thanks for all you’re doing to help end these abusive medical practices.
For Google sheets maybe you can list the videos you would like us to work on and lock the cells so nobody edits that information but you.
Then, we can email you for access to update the sheet first to mark which video we chose, then update it again when we're done and it's sent so there is no double coding AND you don't need to update it yourself manually.
When you receive a completed template, you go back to the sheet and lock that row so nobody edits/deletes it by accident. I work doing research with therapists outside of my university and that's how we get them to enter data to Google sheets with our template. Hope this helps!
Edit/add on: We can also add the name of the person the video is about (+Dr. or clinic or city if mentioned) so we can merge the data from multiple videos of the same person

Exulansic is Marie Curie-smart! She knows what to do... 😉
Smartness doesn't preclude or guarantee against choices that are less than judicious.

Good idea!
I need a translation (no pun intended, but great pun) of what each of the "sects" means in plain language.
Check out Day 2 of Sisters4Sisters in Madison, which includes my breakdown of the various sects.
I can't get the template to work, but I'd like to know when they regretted it. Right away? Six months? Years? Thanks.

Yes I imagine that is a way they suppress content. Thank you so much for your support!
