I respond to a trans identifying man describing complications of vaginoplasty that are definitely not the surgeon’s fault and certainly nothing to regret or avoid. As a result of this surgery, he was rendered a phenotypic pastry.

If it's not the surgeon's fault, then who's fault is it? Perhaps these people are suffering from Stockholm syndrome?
It's interesting that all the trans Youtubers seem to have serious problems with their outcomes and need revisions- are they all that unlucky?
Perhaps they should consider going to Thailand for this type of surgery as the Thai doctors have been doing this type of mutilation for years, and perhaps are better at it.
