And if he gets arrested, he'll be sent to a woman's prison. Perhaps he'll even be sent to a juvenile girls’ facility, like James Edward “Hannah” Tubbs, who was incarcerated in a juvenile girls’ facility in 2022 despite being a 26-year-old adult man, simply because he identified as a girl and had been a minor at the time he abused a much younger minor in a women's bathroom. "Hannah” was subsequently charged with first-degree murder in relation to another crime. All of these get recorded as women's crimes in California.
