Thank you to everyone supporting me. I've been struggling with my health the last few months trying to figure out why my leg hurts so much I started questioning if keeping it was worth it. I found out I'm gonna need surgery to fix the symptoms I've been having which have made it more difficult to maintain the level of stamina and productivity that have previously allowed me to create a significant amount on top of trying to work. I've had to change my work a lot until I can get this treated.

Here's what happened.

In my early 20s, I was prescribed a combination of injectable, implantable and topical hormones in an attempt to alter my biology to make me look and feel less like a woman and more like a man, at a time I was identifying as trans and wearing a binder.

These hormones work by suppressing glandular secretion of multiple hormones (GNRH, FSH, LH, testosterone, estrogen and progesterone). This greatly impacts a woman's functioning, creating as a end result, menstrual suppression.
