Our dear glitter bomber identified as Madison Hartwright

Her defense was she meant to batter a white person!

Meet Madison Hartwright, of Brighton, UK. Madison appears to work for FareShare, in a volunteer capacity. She even won volunteer of the year in 2019 after she apparently raised nearly a thousand pounds for the food bank! But COVID affected us all in different ways, it would seem.

FareShare is a food bank in the UK. In working with this food bank, Madison apparently takes pride in the fact that she's helping women and supporting women both emotionally and physically. But as many people do, she joined a religion and began to hurt women in the name of that religion.

This past Sunday, she decided to come out to Brighton to throw a glitterball at a Black woman with dreads whom she'd identified as a wicked terf, the heathens of her church. She believed that because of her difference of political and spiritual beliefs, the woman she targeted had fewer rights to express herself and exist in public than Madison, emissary of the ruling class. Madison had a sense of infallibility and righteousness, and this other woman had sinned before gender Jesus. She refused to repent and she sought to lure others away from salvation. Therefore, she could be pelted with objects.

In the video, she can be seen carefully aiming before she throws the glitter at a woman's head. Did she think it was made of food? Glitter specifically can be very harmful if exposed to the mucous membranes of the face, especially with force when the target is not expecting it. This woman permanently lost her sight in one eye from an infection caused by glitter.

Hartwright has reportedly since defended herself from accusations of racism on Twitter by claiming she only accidentally hit a black person. She meant to criminally strike a white person. That makes it OK to come to a peaceful demonstration of women speaking for women and standing for women and initiate violence. I'm surprised she didn't accuse her victim of throwing glitter at herself.

Thank goodness we have the moral courage of trans activists to help us know which people are acceptable to strike and which babies are actually weaponized fascists. Clearly these people have both feet firmly on the ground. Where would we be without their courage and leadership on the moral dilemmas and civil rights struggles of our time.
